                     Signs first Managed Services contract 
 
 
 
Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased to 
announce that it has signed its first managed services contract, marking an 
important milestone for the Company.  The contract has been signed with PNC 
Telecom Services Ltd, the UK numbering services company that specialises in 
premium rate services and network based media delivery solutions. 
 
 
 
Managed services is a new line of business for Spiritel, which is providing the 
service in association with Affiniti, part of the Kingston Communications group, 
that provides IT and telecoms solutions.  The managed services product builds on 
the Company's position as one of the leading alternative carriers of UK fixed to 
mobile traffic. 
 
 
 
The managed services product has been developed for switchless resellers 
offering fixed line services to residential, SME and corporate customers. 
Resellers are able to benefit from the cost savings achieved through Spiritel's 
competitive international and mobile termination charges and from Affiniti's 
national network. 
 
 
 
This contract builds on the Company's existing relationship with PNC Telecom 
Services Ltd.  In October 2005 Spiritel entered a supply agreement with PNC 
Telecom Services Ltd under which the Company provides PNC Telecom Services Ltd 
with a range of VoIP products. 
 
 
 
 
 
Alastair Mills, Spiritel's Chief Executive, commented: "The signing of our first
