APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Spiritel plc, (AIM:STP) the telecommunications services company, is pleased to
announce that Anthony J Vose (aged 52) is joining the Board of the Company as an
executive director with immediate effect and will oversee Spiritel's Retail
division.
Spiritel today announced the acquisition of Ashland Group Limited ("Ashland"),
the company Anthony founded, based in Wigan. Anthony has been appointed Managing
Director of Spiritel Retail, which now incorporates Ashland. He will be
responsible for growing the division and building upon the success achieved with
Ashland, which became a leading supplier of telecommunications solutions to the
UK hospitality and retail sectors.
Ashland was established in 1989 and installs and maintains voice and data
solutions throughout Great Britain and Ireland for a range of clients including
blue chip hospitality providers Marriott, Premier Travel Inn and Spirit Group.
Alastair Mills, Chief Executive of Spiritel commented: "We are delighted that

marketplace and has founded and grown a business which is now a leading

Mr Vose has concluded a new service agreement with Spiritel under which he will
be subject to three months' notice and will be paid an annual salary of
£100,000. He will also participate in the Company's performance related
incentive scheme.
