award of options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each.

Executive
The grant will be made under a Share Option Deed entered into between Mr Mills
and the Company. The options will vest as to 9,411,765 of the granted amounts
on the first anniversary of the date of grant and as to the remainder on the
second anniversary of the date of grant.
Following this grant, the total number of options and warrants in issue is
69,767,011, representing 22.1 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
316,233,646.
