Notification of interests in shares
The Company announces that application has been made for 3,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the
Official List of the UKLA and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main
market for listed securities ("Admission") in respect of a block listing of
shares to be issued from time to time under the following Company share plans:
Tarsus Group plc Company Share Option Plan 2008
Tarsus Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2008
Tarsus Group plc Share Acquisition Plan
Tarsus Group Share Option Scheme
When allotted, these new Ordinary Shares will rank parri passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to take place on 9 November 2009.
The Company has today received notification from the following Executive
Directors that, on 3 November 2009, they were granted an option under the rules
of the Tarsus Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2008 to acquire the
following Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.2p per Share:
