TVCH was informed on 18 June 2009 that Shane Reihill, a Director and Executive 
Chairman of TVCH, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of E0.01 each ("Ordinary 
Share") at a price of E0.50 per Ordinary Share on 17 June 2009 and 550,000 
Ordinary Shares at a price of E0.52 per Ordinary Share on 18 June 2009.  
  
Following this purchase, Shane Reihill's beneficial shareholding in the Company 
is 19,503,392 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.3% of the Company's total issued
