TVCH was informed on 24 August 2009 that John Tracey, a Director and Chief 
Executive of TVCH, transferred 240,000 ordinary shares of E0.01 each ("Ordinary 
Share") at a price of E0.50 per Ordinary Share on 24 August 2009 to a pension 
scheme of which he is the sole beneficiary.    
  
Subsequent to the transaction, John Tracey's beneficial shareholding in the 
Company remained the same at 1,115,256 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1% of the
