Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer  
  
The Board is pleased to announce that Dr. Robin Francis, the Company's Chief 
Technology Officer, is to take over as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with 
immediate effect.  
  
Stephen Voller has been the CEO for the last 7 years, 3 years as Voller Energy 
Group Plc and 4 years prior to the Company listing. He has overseen the 
Company's successful development of its Emerald range of fuel cells, but has 
now, with mutual consent, stepped down as CEO to pursue other business 
interests. Stephen will continue to work closely with the Company and will act 
as a consultant to the Company through the next important stage of its 
development.  
  
Robin Francis commented "The Board would like to thank Stephen for his hard 
work, energy and commitment. The first Emerald fuel cell systems are now being 
shipped to customers and it is an exciting time for the Company.  Meanwhile, I 
am delighted to accept the position of Chief Executive Officer and look forward 
to continuing to work with the rest of the Board to complete the Company's
