The Board of Voller Energy Group PLC announced on 22 February 2008 that it was 
conducting a strategic review of the options open to the Company with the 
objective of maximising shareholder value. This exercise may or may not have led 
to an offer being made for the Company and consequently the Company was 
considered to be in an 'offer period' as defined in the City Code on Takeovers 
and Mergers. 
The Board of the Company believes that it is no longer in any discussions that 
may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company and that as a result
